They are close to the Twin Cities, and they have great schools. Shoreview is known for its lovely parks and lakes while Arden Hills gets kudos for its serenity and safety.

Schools and Higher Education

There are 74 institutions of higher education within 100 miles of the city. Saint Paul College (6,912 students) is the closest. It’s a two-year community college offering more than​ 100 programs for undergraduates. University of Minnesota Twin Cities (50,734 students) is just a hop, skip, and jump away. Saint Paul is one of Minnesota's largest school districts, with 103 public schools serving 37,297 students.
