Things to Do in San Diego

The neighborhood has a light urban/suburban feel, blending a touch of the city with ample green spaces.

For the 5,300 residents of Torrey Hills, the draw is the highly-rated public schools in the area and the beautiful homes. The deeply suburban neighborhood draws young families who enjoy having nearby local restaurants and businesses and easy access to major city amenities.

Carmel Valley offers a more urban/suburban feel for its more than 33,000 residents. Close to the beach, this more affluent neighborhood has beautiful homes, parks, restaurants, bars, entertainment, and other desirable amenities. Schools are highly ranked, keeping property values strong.
